Our gas-atomized 316L stainless steel powder (FeCr17Ni12Mo2) is engineered specifically for high-performance Metal Injection Molding (MIM) feedstock production. With tightly controlled particle size distribution (D90 ≤25μm) and oxygen content (<4000ppm or <800ppm), it ensures optimal binder-powder interaction during compounding, resulting in superior sintered part density (≥7.6g/cm³) and surface finish (Ra ≤1.2μm).
